The Fine Print

NO WARRANTIES: The University of Nebraska-Lincoln does not make express or implied warranties with regard to the University of Nebraska's "On-Line" bidding opportunities page.  Neither the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, its officers, employees or agents will be liable for any damages resulting from failure to include any "On-Line" announcement or notice, or any inaccuracies contained therein, or resulting from any bid not reaching the requester in time for preparation and timely submission, whether these damages be direct, consequential, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, and whether the claims for these damages arise in tort or contract.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln shall not accept any "sealed" bid that is not on the official "sealed" bid invitation form. Sealed bids may not be received electronically. Sealed bids, which are date and time sensitive, must be received in a sealed envelope. Quotations may be faxed by the date due.

All conditions/information as  set forth in the residing bid document shall take precedence over any information presented herein.  Bidder shall not change the proposal form nor make additional stipulations on the specification document.  The University shall not be responsible for any altered versions/submittals and as such shall not relieve the bidder of any requirements as noted in residing document.
