Plumbing Supplies

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has established a prime vendor contract with Lincoln Windustrial Co., 535 N.W. 27th Street, Lincoln, NE 68528 for plumbing and related supplies as a result of a competitive bid process. All plumbing items are available at contract pricing along with free shipping and delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: This contract was developed for primary use by university departments that have their own maintenance staff. If you are not a routine user of plumbing supplies but occasionally need to purchase these types of items, you must contact Lonnie Honeycutt 472-6307 prior to making your purchase.

Pricing

Items are priced on a percent mark-up over vendor’s cost basis.

Ordering

Authorized customers can order via telephone 402-438-2919 for orders to be delivered. Orders can also be called in for items to be pick-up by stopping by their warehouse located at 535 N.W. 27th Street, Lincoln, NE. Orders placed for delivery may be delivered the same day or the next business day. When placing orders, clearly identify yourself and the University department the purchase is being made for. Let Lincoln Windustrial know this is a purchase for the University and you would like our contract pricing applied.

University Procurement cards can be used for this contract.

Returns/Credits

Contact the vendor representative regarding return items. Be sure to have your order/invoice number and item number of product ready. Items should be returned within 30 days (in original packaging).
